Harmony: Finding Harmony in Life and Entering the Vortex of Attraction

The name of my blog, ‘Sintonia’, is more than just a simple choice: it’s a representation of what I believe to be essential for everyone’s well-being. Harmony evokes universal vibrations, music, and connection with our surrounding environment. It’s like tuning into a radio station: we have to find the right frequency, seeking harmony with our world. Yet, despite its importance, I notice a surprising lack of awareness of this concept around me.

But harmony is the key to breaking this cycle. It’s a process of awareness and conscious choice. It means focusing on the positive frequencies of life, on what truly makes us feel good, rather than our shortcomings. I’m not saying this will solve all our problems or make life free of challenges. But tuning into ourselves and the world around us allows us to face challenges with a different perspective.

Too often, I notice a pervasive attitude: the presumption that we can solve our woes by analyzing every single cause and reason. ‘I can’t feel good because my job is destroying me,’ ‘I can’t feel good because I’m not getting what I want despite all my efforts.’ These people are so used to focusing on problems that they even manage to invent new ones. They cling to these ideas, convinced they are solely responsible for their unhappiness, without even considering the possibility of error in their approach.

In reality, the solution is much simpler than it seems. Tuning into ourselves and the surrounding world is the key. All we have to do is set aside our problems and focus on the things we appreciate. You don’t need an endless list of reasons to feel good; sometimes, just one, as long as it’s authentic, is enough.

When I feel exhausted or a bit down, I have a little ritual that always lifts my spirits: I dedicate five minutes of pure relaxation with my faithful pillow. It’s like having a personalized cuddle session!

I dive onto it and start thinking about how wonderfully comfortable it is, how its color immediately puts me in a good mood, and its texture is so welcoming. It’s as if it’s hugging me and saying, ‘Hey, everything’s alright!’

Of course, it’s not just a pillow that can lift our spirits! It could also be a special person, but in that case, it’s important to ensure that they are genuinely a source of joy and positivity in our lives. It’s like having a small circle of happiness around you!

In the end, what matters is finding what truly makes us feel good and enjoying it to the fullest. It’s like giving ourselves a moment of sweetness in the midst of the daily frenzy!

Where can we find examples of what I’m saying? What do we expect to achieve? Well, here’s a fun example from the movie ‘Forrest Gump’ (1994) – my favorite movie. In the film, Forrest takes us on a journey through his life, full of adventures and unexpected twists. Despite his cognitive limitations, Forrest faces life with an open heart and a positive mind.

There are moments when Forrest’s life seems full of challenges and difficulties, but he always finds a way to see the bright side of things. His gratitude for life’s small joys and his connection with himself allow him to approach every situation with optimism and humor. Despite being full of problems, he didn’t see them. Only the people around him seemed to notice his problems and remained amazed when he managed to do anything despite his huge limitations in life.

That’s why ‘Forrest Gump’ is a perfect example of how gratitude and connection with oneself can bring joy even in the most challenging times. So, tune in!
